LUCA MORITTU

LUCA MORITTU

THE FUTURE OF AN ILLUSTRIOUS TRADITION

Award winner at the Accademia Nazionale dei Sartori and now a junior member of the same ancient university founded in Rome in 1575, Luca Morittu embraces an invaluable heritage and transfigures it through his search for beauty and harmony in details. “I experienced the history of tailoring first hand thanks to the Marchesini Brothers and I want this bond to continue guiding my professionalism. I will follow my style and indulge my creativity, but I will draw culture from the roots of an atelier born of great men to continue creating that timeless beauty.

MARCHESINIS

MARCHESINIS

THE TRADITION GOES ON

Giovanni and Franco Marchesini opened their sartorial atelier in 1962: drawing on the ancient artistic traditions of Italian craftsmanship, they created unique works of the highest quality destined for a cultured and elegant clientele.

“Our life is made up of small objects and infinite attention to small details.” A tailor’s profession which in itself is a form of art: “Requires time and sacrifice, but also the ability to keep our customers’ confidences because peculiarities should simply be transformed into elements that express their personality and sense of style. “
